Welcome to Our World of Herbs Garden - St. John’s Wort
The use of St. John’s Wort in natural medicine dates back as far as the ancient Greeks and is believed to get its name from St. John the Baptist as the bright yellow flower blooms in late June in its native Europe, around the time of the feast of St. John the Baptist.
Its most used in traditional Western herbal medicine for its ability to reduce symptoms of mild anxiety, reduce excess nervous energy, relieve restlessness, and support healthy mood balance and emotional wellbeing.
