Thompson's One-A-Day Kelp 1400 is formulated for convenience with a one a day dose. Kelp is a plant-based rich source of Iodine, an important trace mineral to support:

Adults – Take one tablet daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER TABLET: Fucus vesiculosus(Kelp) ext. 280 mg, derived from dry whole plant min. 1.4 g (1400 mg), std. to contain Iodine 280 microgram. Contains tabletting aids.

NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soya beans. No artificial colours or flavours. Vegetarian/Vegan friendly.
